My face yoga journey

My journey into Face Yoga began through a lifelong interest in natural wellbeing and self-care. As a qualified Face Yoga instructor, I love helping people discover simple techniques that can help release facial tension, improve awareness of posture and breathing, and promote relaxation. I am a qualified Face Yoga instructor and was honoured to receive a Shining Star Award during my training journey. Since then, I have continued to share Face Yoga through classes, workshops and wellbeing sessions.

What to expect from classes

I believe Face Yoga is about much more than appearance. My classes combine gentle facial exercises, acupressure, relaxation and wellbeing practices designed to help people feel more confident, comfortable and connected to themselves.

I teach adults of all ages and also bring Face Yoga sessions to community groups and nursing homes throughout Cork, where participants regularly tell me how relaxed and uplifted they feel after a session.

My unique approach & qualifications

I am a qualified Face Yoga Instructor, trained in two Face Yoga certification programmes, with additional qualifications in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Matrix Reimprinting and Inner Child Healing.

My approach combines gentle facial exercises, acupressure, breathing awareness and relaxation techniques to support overall wellbeing. I create welcoming, accessible sessions suitable for beginners, community groups and older adults.
